Ltd. at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098632, up to close of business at 5:00 p.m. on 11 May 2022 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the dividend.
Additional Text	In respect of ordinary shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the dividend to holders of the securities account.
Additional Text	The dividend which will be paid to shareholders on 20 May 2022,shall be paid in Singapore currency based on the actual exchange rate to be announced at a later date.
