The Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Crystal Display (Shanghai) Holding Limited, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Tomoike Precision Machinery (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. ("TM Dongguan China).
TM Dongguan China is incorporated in the Peoples' Republic of China with a registered capital of US$3,000,000. The principal activity of TM Dongguan China is to conduct backlights unit business Southern China.
The above transaction was funded by internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Company for the year ending 31 December 2005.
None of the Directors or Controlling Shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
The initial public offering of the Company's shares was sponsored by DBS Bank Ltd.
