The Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited (the Company) wishes to announce that in compliance with Rule 221 of the Listing Manual of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST), Mr. Ho Yew Mun is appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2007.
