Further to the Financial Statement and Dividend Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2006 made on 28 February 2007, the Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company's Final Dividend of 0.2 US cent per ordinary share (tax not applicable) will be paid on 23 May 2007 if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 April 2007.
Notice is hereby given that the transfer books and register of members of the Company will be closed on 11 May 2007 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Registrable transfers received by the Companys Share Transfer Agent, LIM ASSOCIATES (PTE) LTD of 3 Church Street #08-01, Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 by 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2007 will be registered before entitlements to the dividend are determined.
