Further to the Financial Statement and Dividend Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2007 made on 29 February 2008, the Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company's Final Dividend of 0.1 US cent per ordinary share (tax not applicable) will be paid on 3 June 2008 if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the transfer books and register of members of the Company will be closed on 13 May 2008 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Registrable transfers received by the Companys Share Transfer Agent, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. of 3 Church Street #08-01, Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 by 5.00 p.m. on 12 May 2008 will be registered before entitlements to the dividend are determined.
