(a) the Substantial Shareholder's Registered Holders: State Street Bank and Trust Company of 1,286,000 shares, of which Martin Currie Inc ("MCInc") the Substantial Shareholder is interested in;

(b) the Substantial Shareholder has a deemed interest in the company by virtue of Section 7(4A)(a) of the Companies Act as the Substantial Shareholder and MCIM are related companies in that they are wholly owned subsidiary of Martin Currie Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Martin Currie (Holdings) Ltd.
