Further to the Financial Statement and Dividend Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2008 made on 28 February 2009, the Board of Directors of CDW Holding Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's Final Dividend of 0.4 US cents per ordinary share (tax not applicable) will be paid on 27 May 2009 if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the transfer books and register of members of the Company will be closed on 12 May 2009 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Transfer Agent, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. of 3 Church Street #08-01, Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 by 5.00 p.m. on 11 May 2009 will be registered before entitlements to the dividend are determined.
