The change in the percentage level is the result of a change to the investment manager of the Registered Holder from APS to RCM Capital Management LLC ("RCM"). RCM now has control of the voting rights attached to the Registered Holder's shareholding in the listed company.

The substantial shareholder will no longer have a deemed interest in the Registered Holder's shareholding in the listed company.
