The change in the percentage level is the result of a change to the investment manager of the Registered Holder from Martin Currie Inc ("MC Inc") to APS Asset Management ("APS"). APS now has control of the voting rights attached to the Registered Holder's shareholding in the listed company.
MC Inc will no longer have a deemed interest in the Registered Holder's shareholding in the listed company.
The Substantial Shareholder is the holding company of MC Inc.
MC Inc no longer has a deemed interest in the Registered Holder's shareholding in the listed company. By virtue of Section 7(4A)(b) of the Companies Act (Cap 50), the Substantial Shareholder no longer has a deemed interest in the Registered Holder's shareholding in the listed company.
