Ltd. at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098632, up to close of business at 5:00 pm on 9 May 2023 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the dividend.
Additional Text	In respect of the ordinary shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the dividend to holders of the securities account.
Additional Text	Update on 9 May 2023: The dividend which will be paid to shareholders on 19 May 2023, shall be paid in Singapore currency based on the actual exchange rate of approximately USD1.00:SGD1.3283 as of 28 April 2023.
