Voluntary Liquidation of associated company, Slight Opto-Electronics Co., Ltd
The Directors of CDW Holding Limited ("the Company") would like to announce that on 2 August 2005, its 21% associated company, Slight Opto-Electronics Co., Ltd, has informed the Company that it has commenced voluntary liquidation on 4 May 2005. The investment had been fully provided for in 2003 and there is no financial impact on the Group.
